The Children’s Leadership Assessment Test (CLAT) identifies and measures ideal leadership in pre-school and elementary school children. CLAT was developed in response to a need for a more ethical and effective leaders who have a heart for service over self interest. Using this test parents, teachers, and others can find out whether or not there are traces of leadership ability in a child. A score of 10 points or more shows that the child exhibits ideal leadership traits that should continue to be intentionally developed. Following the test, you will receive additional recommendations on how to further develop these traits.
